Strategy and Execution:
  • Positioned the project at the “West Pune’s Most desired Homes” and targeted the right audience (nuclear families that worked in areas nearby).
  • Reduced the APRs on the slum facing units and commercial facing units to drive sales. Compensated the for the revenue gap by charging on the basis of floors on other units.
  • Motivated clients to buy slum facing units by giving them the assurance of their removal.
